The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt. Goods returned to the Seller must be carefully packed in a way that allows safe transport. The shipped goods should be complete. Pursuant to the articles of the Civil Code, the Buyer is obliged to examine the shipment and if he finds that there has been a loss or damage to the item during transport, he is obliged to take all actions necessary to determine the liability of the carrier.
The buyer should immediately, no later than within 48 hours, after receipt of the shipment, report damage to the item or shortages in the shipment. After this time, the benefits and burdens associated with the thing sold are transferred to the buyer. Complaints (warranty) are not subject to mechanical damage resulting from use (cracks, fractures). The goods under complaint should be returned no later than within 14 days from the date of reporting the defect.


Conditions for returning goods

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without incurring additional costs, within 14 days from the date of: receipt of the purchased Goods - in the case of sales contracts,

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

The seller immediately after receiving the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, but not later than within 14 days, returns to the consumer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivering the goods. to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred by him. The seller refunds the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him. If the Seller has not offered to collect the item from the consumer himself, he may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the consumer until he receives the item back or the consumer provides proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first. The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Any disputes related to the services provided by the Seller will be settled by the court competent for the seat of the Seller, except for disputes in which one of the parties is a consumer, in which case these disputes will be considered by the court determined in accordance with the general principles of procedural law. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services, the Act on Consumer Rights and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

4. Also remember that in accordance with consumer law, some products are not covered by the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (the possibility of return). This applies, inter alia, to the following products: - products delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery, e.g. underwear, toothbrushes, depilatories, creams, primers, etc.; - sound and visual recordings as well as games and computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery; - non-prefabricated products, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs; - products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life; - products that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
